1. Choose your iPhone backup
- Back up your iPhone to this computer, without “Encrypt local backup” ticked. Windows: use the Apple Devices app (or iTunes). Mac: use Finder. Step-by-step guide
- Copy the backup folder to your Desktop (your browser isn't allowed to open the folder where Apple keeps it). The guide shows where it is.
- Choose the copied folder below.
